Interactive color selector
CG 360's were made in each color. I worked with a product specialist to maintain color accuracy and also gave direct feedback to Framestore to guide the lighting. These were used as interactive elements on Nissan's website and digital brochure.

Nissan Rogue | Take on Possibilities
The Nissan Rogue is the best selling SUV in their lineup and it was given a mid cycle update which added new front & rear fascias, exterior colors, and interior tech equipment.
Challenge
Create new exterior and new interior photography assets to be used across Nissan's site, brochures, billboards, dealerships, and social.
Solution
Starting with the concept 'Take on Possibilities' the Rogue is an everything vehicle for everyone. It's meant to literally take on any situation the day might bring. The concept along with the new features guided what shots were needed and how they should be shown. To balance time and budget we took two approaches by using both CGI and physical photography. Beyond the photo assets I designed the reveal site, digital & print brochures, and dealership pop.
Responsibilities
Art directed photography
Concepts for 8 new hero shots
Presented to client on a consistent basis
Provided a detailed shot list and preproduction plan
Selected talent and guided wardrobe and props
Photography: Toshi Oku | Copywriter: Kit Smith

From concept to creation
Each new shot was composed using a variety of techniques to help sell in the overall idea to Nissan and give the photographer a clear understanding of the direction. I composited backplates with stock imagery, positioned the car using Maya, and added lighting in Keyshot. These rough comps were then utilized to find locations and guide the final imagery.
